Know Me

My junior year in high school I discovered “The Jungle” a book I still carry with me today. I consider it not only one of my favorite books but an evolutionary catalyst that influenced the purpose filled life I am blessed with. This photo was captured at the Davenport Oscar Mayer Plant prior where I spent more than half my life making a difference in the food industry for consumers and for our people working to survive.

Aloha,

I am Kelli Dubuisson and I started my career in food manufacturing as a candy placer for Lunchables back in August of 1993.  Throughout my career I’ve worn many hats and the roles; my roles are rooted in production, quality management, sanitation, and food safety.  I started as a seedling at a large USDA regulated raw and Ready-to-Eat food plant known as Oscar Mayer and from there I grew and went on to support and train compliance, food safety and sanitation standards at global level.

While working at Oscar Mayer and in supporting other manufactures I have developed an understanding of the quality vision, information infrastructures, and the processes necessary to protect and enhance brands.

I am a change agent.  Having successfully developed and implemented  food safety and sanitation programs that align with regulatory, GFSI, and ISO requirements; in addition to supporting operational goals.  Communicating the essence and importance of food safety, product quality, consistency, and compliance to standards helps multidisciplinary teams recognize their impact, and that is fundamental in supporting and building a culture of ownership.*Image: Leading my first wet sanitation training session**

I hold an associates degree in business management from Kaplan university; in addition to HACCP, BRC, FSSC, and SQF certifications. I look forward to hearing from you and the opportunity for us to discuss our futures.
